Urine analysis is a general screening test reported across several parameters rather than a single value.

Liver Function

The Liver Function package covers AST, ALT, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, total protein, albumin and ALP — seven markers, priced at QAR 499.

Reporting both bilirubin fractions and both protein measures separately is what gives the panel its detail.

Booking both together

How booking works at Eden, step by step

Every Eden package is booked from the same short online form. You choose the package, decide between a visit to the laboratory at Laffan Tower in West Bay or home sample collection, pick the date and time that suits you, add your contact details, and state whether you are paying yourself or using insurance. A confirmation number is shown on screen as soon as the request is submitted, and the laboratory team follows up to confirm the slot.

Prices are published next to each package, in Qatari riyals, with the full list of included biomarkers. There is no separate consultation charge for booking a package, and nothing is added to the list of tests without your agreement. Reading and keeping your Eden report

Eden issues a digital laboratory report that lists every measured value beside the laboratory reference range, so you and your doctor can see exactly what was analysed. You can request a secure PDF by email or through the patient portal, and a printed copy can be prepared for pickup or delivery if you need one for a clinic visit, an employer or an insurance file.

A result that sits outside a reference range is not a diagnosis on its own; ranges vary with the method used, and a value only becomes meaningful alongside your symptoms, history and examination. Eden reports the measurements accurately and leaves interpretation to your treating clinician.

Keeping your previous reports is useful. Comparing the same marker measured on the same panel over time usually tells a clinician more than a single reading, which is why many patients repeat the same Eden package rather than switching between different test lists.
