Requesting a home visit
On the booking page you choose home collection instead of a clinic visit, select the package or tests you need, pick a date and time, and enter your address including zone, street and building.
You receive a confirmation number as soon as the request is submitted, and the Eden team contacts you to confirm the visit.
On the day
Have your Qatar ID and, if you are using insurance, your insurance card ready. If your doctor gave you a request form, keep it with you for the collector.
If any fasting or timing instruction applies to your specific test, confirm it with the Eden team on 4044 1999 or WhatsApp 5580 1999 before the visit.
After the sample is collected
The sample is transported to the Eden laboratory for analysis, and your report is issued in the same digital format as an in-clinic booking.
You can request a secure PDF to your email or patient portal, or order a printed copy for pickup or delivery.
